The website (the “Site”) is an online information service provided by Pesci Combattenti S.r.l. (“Pesci Combattenti”). The use of this Site implies for the user the knowledge and the acceptance of the terms and conditions as set out herein below.



All materials, including without limitation images, software, text, graphics, creative work, documentation and the entire content of the Site, are protected by copyright law according to the conventions and international laws. If not expressly provided for herein, the contents of the Site may not, either in whole or in part, be copied, modified, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, downloaded, published or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Pesci Combattenti. You are allowed to store such content on your computer and/or to print extracts from the pages of the Site for personal use only. The trademarks and logos on the Site are owned by Pesci Combattenti and/or by third party companies. They may not be used on any other website other than the Site or other means of communication without the prior written consent of Pesci Combattenti or their respective owners. The name "Pesci Combattenti" and any trademark including the aforementioned trademark may not be used as an Internet address of other sites, and/or as part of such addresses, without the prior written consent of Pesci Combattenti.



APursuant to Article 1, Paragraph 1, of the Italian Law Decree of 22 March 2004 No. 72, as amended by the conversion law of 21 May 2004 No. 128, Pesci Combattenti hereby declares that the creatives works reproduced and/or displayed on this Site have fulfilled the obligations arising from the legislation on copyright and related rights. Reproduction, communication to the public, disclosure to the public, renting and lending, public performance and distribution without the authorization of the rights holder is hereby expressly prohibited. In case of failure to comply with the above, penalties provided for in by Articles 171, 171-bis, 171-ter, 174-bis and 174-ter of law No. 633/1941 will be applied.


Pesci Combattenti is not entitled to accept, view and/or take into consideration any and all creative materials (including without limitation concepts, screenplays, formats, texts, graphics, music, audio and/or video materials, etc.) that will be sent to Pesci Combattenti and/or to its employees and/or collaborators, unless such materials have not been expressly requested by Pesci Combattenti. Therefore, should any unrequested material be sent to Pesci Combattenti, such material will be automatically deleted and will not be examined in any way by the Pesci Combattenti. The user acknowledges and agrees not to make any claims against Pesci Combattenti for any potential reason or title in connection therewith.



No liability is taken in relation both to the content of this Site and to the use that third parties may make in relation thereto, as well as for any contamination deriving from access, interconnection, and/or from the downloading of any material from the Site. Therefore, under no circumstances shall Pesci Combattenti respond to damages, losses, prejudices of any kind that third parties may suffer as a result of contact with the Site, or as a result of the use of what has been published herein as well as of the software used.



For convenience, this Site may include links to websites that are owned, advertised and/or maintained by third parties. Please note that these linked sites are not under the control of Pesci Combattenti and therefore Pesci Combattenti will not take liabilities for materials created or published by third parties with which this Site has a hyperlink. Links to the Site without the consent of Pesci Combattenti are expressly prohibited. Links do not create and/or constitute any kind of legal affiliation between Pesci Combattenti and third parties, nor responsibilities or obligations on Pesci Combattenti for content, advice, presentations, products and/or services of any of the third parties nor transfer, warranty or the responsibility for products and/or services, or performance or quality of the same. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user who decides to visit a website linked to the Site does so at his own risk, also assuming the responsibility of taking all necessary measures against viruses or other destructive elements.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted according to the laws of Italy. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome (Italy).
